Jumble Jumble Poem by Clive Culverhouse

Jumble Jumble

rhino and chimp in the knife and fork drawer
a baker baking bread on the ocean floor
jumble jumble
indoor shed
oh someone put the oak tree back to bed

daffodil and tulip in a coffee machine
big clown shoes on a beauty queen
jumble jumble
paper seat
oh someone poured the gravy on their auntie's feet

gingerbread biscuit men launched into space
next door's house in an overnight case
jumble jumble
bottled noise
oh someone filled the kettle up with children's toys

ice cream and jelly on an acrobat wire
wobbly shopping trolley with a tractor tyre
jumble jumble
pigeon hat
oh someone put the telly on for next door's cat

wrong place! wrong place! and wrong time
my dog is fast asleep on the washing line
jumble jumble
sponge front door
please! someone put it back to how it was before!
